Men don’t have the same needs as women. That’s why we have created the Masculine Tonic program specially for men who want to look after their bodies and boost their fitness, energy levels and serenity. This program combines invigorating and relaxing treatments with physical activity.
26 treatments over 6 days, incl:
- 24 individual thalassotherapy treatments with:
18 hydrotherapy treatments to choose from: hydrojet, pressotherapy, hydromassage bath, underwater shower, jet shower, affusion body sculpture, 3 seaweed wraps, 3 relaxing massages.
- 2 beauty treatments:
1 body scrub and 1 sculpting massage of the face, neck and décolleté.
Slimming:
This program is designed to help you redefine your figure, lose excess weight and tone up your muscles. We adapt this program depending on the cause of your excess weight: diet, stress, etc. A team of professionals will help you to find the keys to losing weight the healthy way: nutrition and diet advice, sporting activities and targeted thalassotherapy treatments.
5 treatments per day, i.e. 30 treatments over 6 days, incl:
24 individual thalassotherapy treatments: 6 slimming massages, 6 jet showers, 3 targeted underwater showers, 3 slimming body wraps, 2 pressotherapy treatments, 2 hydromassage baths with slimming essential oils, 1 affusion body sculpture and 1 lymphatic drainage 6 sessions of fitness or aquagym.
The Slimming programme includes the full board with light meals (diet meals are not available at Marina Smir).

The Marine Beauty program is completely devoted to pampering your skin.
