Quality of sea water and spa water

Accor Thalassa is committed to the protection and control of its spa resorts as well as to the constant self-testing of biochemical and bacteriological standards for the water used at its establishments.

Quality of treatment products and equipment

Accor Thalassa guarantees the quality of the natural resources used to develop its treatment products and of the processing techniques used in its laboratories, thus maintaining their full therapeutic effect (content of active ingredients, bacteriological standards). The equipment, suited to the therapeutic scale of the treatments, undergoes constant monitoring and servicing. Strict homogenous hygiene standards are applied.

Quality of treatment teams

Treatments are carried out and supervised by competent staff with specific training taking place under Accor Thalassa's continuous education and skills training programme.
Committee of experts
In order to be constantly aware of all innovations in the field of medicine, technology and nutrition, to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, Accor Thalassa benefits from the assistance and advice of the Scientific Committee. This committee is made up of 14 renowned experts in cardiology, dermatology, rheumatology, phlebology, ENT, physiotherapy, etc., and is chaired by Dr Jean-François Gross, medical advisor in internal medicine to the American Department of State and the embassies of Australia, Canada and Norway.
ISO 14001 programme
Since 2002, Accor Thalassa has been taking part in a certification programme of its sites according to the ISO 14001 standard. Applicable on all continents and for all activities, this certification guarantees complete integration of environmental aspects in the management of an establishment.
Certification of all Accor Thalassa sites will be completed in 2007.
